Enclomiphene

Enclomiphene is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) used primarily to stimulate natural testosterone production in men. It is often prescribed for treating hypogonadism (low testosterone) and is considered an alternative to testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). Unlike Clomiphene, Enclomiphene targets estrogen receptors more selectively, reducing side effects related to estrogenic activity.

How It Works

Enclomiphene works by blocking estrogen receptors in the hypothalamus. This action triggers the hypothalamus to produce gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH), which stimulates the pituitary gland to release luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH). These hormones signal the testes to produce more natural testosterone, improving hormone balance without shutting down natural production.

Proper Use and Dosage

The typical dosage is 12.5 mg to 25 mg per day, depending on the severity of testosterone deficiency. Treatment usually lasts 4–6 weeks, but some users may continue for longer periods based on blood test results. It is taken orally and can be used alone or alongside other therapies. Regular blood tests are advised to monitor hormone levels and ensure effectiveness.
