Dosages and how to mix HCG

Hello, I have used HCG in the past but it has been a while. I cannot remember how much water you add to a vial and how to calculate the dosage.
I would like to purchase the 5000 iu but do not know how much water to add and then how much the dosage should be. Can someone help me with this?
Im also looking for a post cycle all in one pack. Could you recommend anything or what combination should I choose?
